Jaclyn Cole

Jaclyn Cole is a executive coach and consultant with a passion for creativity and innovation. With over a decade of experience in organizational management and public affairs, Jaclyn has worked to scale up domestic and international programs that equip young leaders such as the President Obama’s Young African Leaders Initiative. Jaclyn has also taken the lead on crafting public outreach messaging and social media strategies for events such as the Global Entrepreneurship Summit. Having spent several years working as a professional blogger, Jaclyn enjoys writing and photography. She is also trained as a Co-Active Coach and a facilitator; and is currently completing her coaching certification through the International Coaching Federation. Jaclyn loves finding ways to live out her faith by serving others, particularly in service of historically marginalized communities.
Acquania Escarne

Acquania Escarne is a financial educator, entrepreneur, and independent financial advisor. With over ten years of experience in federal government, Acquania has managed multi-million dollar budgets and diverse teams all over the globe. Acquania currently provides financial literacy education workshops and coaching to help people shape their finances and future. She is also a published financial blogger and licensed insurance producer for life insurance, health insurance, and long- term care. Ever-present in the Washington, D.C. area, Acquania volunteers with local organizations that serve all D.C. residents, but primarily those living in Wards 7 and 8.
